Registration Information

Registration Instructions

  • Step 1: Complete the basic registration form.
  • Step 2: Make your registration payment. When we receive your payment you will receive a confirmation email with additional information/medical forms. 
  • Step 3: Set your fundraising goal and post online for support. Use the hashtag #GGGPurpleWalk #WhyIWearPurple to connect with other walkers/gain support from friends & family. We want to hear your story: TAG @GLAMOROUSGUTLESSGIRLS IN YOUR POSTS! Stories will be shared throughout the event to raise awareness. All those who share their story will be entered in to win a special prize! 
  • Step 4: Be sure to check the GGG facebook page weekly for prizes if you are completing fundraising milestones & sharing your story! 
  • Step 5:  You will receive an email prior to the event with additional information. Please, check your email regularly for updates and additional news about the event. 
  • Step 6: Have fun and raise awareness! Any funds raised for this event will be used to give more financial assistance to those struggling with gastrointestinal diseases through our college programs, support group events, and scholarship fund. Thank you for sharing your story with us and helping us make life easier for those struggling with gastrointestinal diseases!

Businesses & Vendor Support

Corporate teams, vendors, Food Trucks, Basket donations, & Sponsors

We are looking for local business support in many ways to make this awareness event successful. If you can help us by doing any one of these things or more it will help us greatly. Thank you again for your consideration and support. We know how much local businesses already give back to the community, and without you out there working hard to serve others one of what we do would be possible. 


ALL OF THESE OPTIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS.


  1. Corporate Teams- By participating as a corporate team your employees can bond by creating a team agenda & finding ways to fund raise together. No matter how your employees decide to raise money it can count as a tax-deduction for your company. Corporate teams can pay the normal team registration fee to enter or pay as individuals.
  2. Vendors- We are in search of local small businesses, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs, or anyone interested to set up vendors spots. Here you can sell your products, educate event participants, and add to the fun of the event. The vendor fee is $50, we hope you will consider participating. No sales from vendors will be collected. Vendors can be present throughout the entirety of the event from 10am-6pm. Set up begins at 8am.
  3. Food trucks- We would love to showcase local food by having a variety of food trucks at the event. The event runs all day from 10am-6pm and there will be participants who will be hungry from all the activities. We hope you will consider registering your business for the event. We will charge a flat rate of $125 per food truck. No sales from trucks will be collected. We ask that trucks arrive by 9:30am. 
  4. Basket Donations- We are in search of a variety of baskets for our auction that will take place throughout the event. If your business can donate items for the following themes or just donate an entire basket that would help so much! BASKET THEMES: *Chocolate Lover's, Spa Day, Wines & Spirits, Glamorous Gutless Girls, Healthy Lifestyle, Photography, Family Fun, Arts & Culture, We love Erie, Coffee & Tea, & any other basket themes are welcomed.
  5. Sponsors- Event sponsors will have their logo/name on the back of our event t-shirts, on team signs, on the event banner, and will be included in any media coverage/marketing of the event. Sponsorship rates: Bronze: $100, Silver: $250, Gold: $400.

*Upon completion of your registration form and payment we will email your tax letter. We will also send further instructions to those who are participating as a corporate team, bringing a food truck, or being vendors at the event.
